mcwex Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the mcwex website accessible at https://mcwex.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any future versions thereof.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Eligible Player" means a Player who satisfies all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required to process withdrawals and maintain account integrity.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all operational purposes on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you irrevocably agree to be bound by the version of the Terms then in force.

2.2 These Terms incorporate by reference the mcwex Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as that third party's agreement.

2.4 mcwex reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms before being permitted to continue using the Platform.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mcwex Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• Be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the mcwex platform or through any other gambling operator.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• Not have had a previous Account on the mcwex Platform suspended or permanently closed for any violation of these Terms.

3.2 mcwex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the period specified by mcwex will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 mcwex accepts no liability for losses incurred by a Player who has misrepresented their age or eligibility during the registration process. Any funds credited to an Account opened in breach of Section 3.1 may be voided in full, and any winnings derived from such an Account shall be forfeited.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the mcwex Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered to a Bangladeshi network operator.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change to your contact details, address, or payment information must be updated via your Account settings or by contacting mcwex support at [email protected] without undue delay.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mcwex will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify mcwex support immediately.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 mcwex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its commitment to safe, fair, and responsible gaming. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

5.2 Standard KYC documentation requested by mcwex may include one or more of the following:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other accepted method).
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

5.3 mcwex reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Withdrawal processing will be paused until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved by the mcwex compliance team.

5.4 All KYC documents submitted to mcwex are handled in accordance with the mcwex Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, accessed only by authorised personnel, and are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

6 Deposits

6.1 mcwex accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladesh bank transfer methods as listed on the Deposits page at the time of transaction.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are specified on the Deposits page and may be adjusted by mcwex from time to time. Players who have set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools may not override those limits except in accordance with the cool-off period specified in Section 12.

6.3 All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be reversed and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.4 mcwex does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Any fees charged by the Player's mobile wallet provider or bank are the Player's own responsibility and are not reimbursed by mcwex.

6.5 Deposited funds are available for betting immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. mcwex is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, network outages, or bank processing times.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active investigation being in progress on the Account.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard withdrawals, although mcwex reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments at its discretion.

7.3 Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, measured in BST business hours. The actual arrival time in the Player's bKash or Nagad wallet depends on the payment provider's own processing schedule.

7.4 mcwex does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals. The full requested amount, minus any applicable bonus wagering adjustments, is transmitted to the Player's payment wallet.

7.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the mcwex Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

7.6 Where a Player has deposited using multiple methods, mcwex reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source up to the amount deposited via each method before releasing any net winnings separately.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 mcwex may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet tokens, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, virtual sports, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• mcwex reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

8.3 A Player may only claim each specific promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple Accounts — will have all associated Accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

8.4 mcwex reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering commitment already in progress at the time of cancellation is honoured to completion.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 All bets placed on the mcwex Platform are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.

9.2 mcwex reserves the right to void bets in any of the following circumstances:

• A manifestly incorrect price was displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the threshold specified in the relevant sport's rules, or abandoned without a result.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated or affected by match-fixing activity.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded (late acceptance due to a data feed delay).

9.3 Cricket betting markets on the mcwex Platform follow standard cricket betting settlement rules applicable to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh. Market-specific rules are available on each market's information panel.

9.4 All casino games on the mcwex Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the game information panels.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwex Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or any other name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated betting systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors must notify mcwex immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or tournament formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with a payment provider after the corresponding funds have been used to place bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mcwex staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 mcwex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the period specified by mcwex.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requires the Account to be suspended or closed.
• The Account is showing unusual activity that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• The Player has requested Account closure through the self-exclusion programme under Section 12.

11.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation, mcwex will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days. The Player will be notified of the outcome by email to the address registered on the Account.

11.3 Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, mcwex reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and wagering-ineligible amounts) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

11.4 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mcwex support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the original payment method.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 mcwex is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all Players. The Platform provides the following Player Protection tools, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications delivered at intervals chosen by the Player reminding them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Cool-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be cancelled before they expire.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term account closure option for Players who wish to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to register a new Account on the mcwex Platform.

12.2 Players who believe their gambling behaviour has become problematic are encouraged to contact mcwex support at [email protected], use the self-exclusion tools described above, or seek assistance from an independent problem gambling support organisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The mcwex Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mcwex takes reasonable measures to ensure the Platform is operational and free from errors, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform.

13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwex shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data resulting from use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, however caused.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, match statistics, or promotional terms.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or mobile network disruptions affecting the Player's ability to access the Platform or place bets.

13.3 mcwex's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount of the Player's net deposits in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Intellectual Property

14.1 All content on the mcwex Platform — including but not limited to the mcwex name, logo, trade marks, service marks, design elements, text, graphics, user interface layouts, software code, game content, and all other materials — is either the property of mcwex or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any mcwex trade mark or logo in any manner that implies association with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from mcwex without prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform using automated tools.

14.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to mcwex regarding the Platform may be used by mcwex without restriction or compensation to the Player.

15 Privacy & Data

15.1 mcwex collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also confirm your acceptance of the mcwex Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15.2 mcwex uses personal data provided by Players for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised communications relating to the Platform.

15.3 mcwex will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

15.4 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by mcwex, subject to any legal retention obligations. 16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 mcwex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — mcwex will provide reasonable notice of the changes by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered Players.

16.2 The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the date of publication, except where a shorter period is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the internal operating policies of mcwex, with consideration given to internationally recognised standards for online gaming platforms.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and mcwex regarding any bet settlement, account decision, payment, or the interpretation of these Terms, the Player should first contact mcwex support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. mcwex will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

17.3 mcwex's decision on all betting disputes, including those relating to bet void decisions, odds errors, and settlement outcomes, is final once the internal review process has been completed. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal process may seek independent mediation through a recognised dispute resolution body at their own initiative.

17.4 Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
